Introducing Jasmijn Besorak: ABW New Supervisory Board Member
We are happy to announce our new ABW supervisory board member: Jasmijn Besorak!
As part of the supervisory board, Jasmijn will support the Analytics for a Better World’s mission thanks to her extensive background in helping NGOs, corporates and SMEs with global-impact driven initiatives.
We asked her a few questions to get to know her better!
- Why do you think data and analytics are important for a Better World?
Analytics have proven their worth in creating value for business, but there is so much value to be created by applying analytics to the Sustainable Development Goals. Companies have already invested heavily in data storage and analysis, but NGOs have not reached that point yet.
- What inspired you to take on this role at Analytics for a Better World?
As someone who has dedicated my career to drive societal change, I am thrilled to be part of an organization that is using data analytics to accelerate positive change in the world. By leveraging the power of data analytics, ABW is developing innovative solutions to address some of the world’s most pressing issues, including poverty, climate change, and inequality.
I look forward to working with the talented team at Analytics for a Better World and helping to shape the future of data-driven societal solutions.
