Introducing Kate Molly Henry: ABW Lead of Operations

We are happy to announce our new Lead of Operations and Project Manager: Kate Molly Henry!

At ABW, Kate will focus on ensuring successful collaboration with all partners, sponsors, and research teams. With over 6 years of project management experience and a background in data analytics, she has witnessed the power of data analytics and the impacts that a well managed project can have for an organization

We asked Kate a few questions to get to know her better!

Can you tell us more about you?

My name is Kate Molly Henry. I grew up in the USA and moved to Amsterdam, NL in 2019. My hobbies include gardening, crossfit, and cooking meals for friends. In November, I will complete my Executive Masters of Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam Business School.

What are you looking forward to at ABW?

I am eager to hit the ground running and contribute to the mission of ABW. We have some exciting projects in the pipeline and I look forward to welcoming new partners to our mission.

Which one is your favorite UN Sustainable Development Goal and why?

Definitely #11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities – Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable. My generation and the younger generations are going to have to reckon with a lot of change in our lifetime. I believe resilience will be our best tool to adjust a handle the changes we will face as a society.
