For decades, the private sector has used analytics, artificial intelligence and decision science to optimize investments, operations and supply chains. Today, these same technologies have the potential to transform how mission-driven organizations work, helping them achieve far greater impact with the same resources.
Founded by the University of Amsterdam and ORTEC, Analytics for a Better World is an independent applied research institute created to unlock this potential for social good. We bring together academia, industry and mission-driven organizations to develop new knowledge, translate research into practical solutions and build the analytics and AI capabilities organizations need to integrate this new way of working.
